Cookie policy

FIGURA uses a small number of cookies to make the service work and to understand how it is used. The current implementation does not grant Google analytics or advertising storage by default.

Essential cookies

These cookies are required for the service to function and cannot be disabled through the site because they provide access state, saved competitions requested by the product.

  • figura_signed_in, is a client-readable interface hint that an authenticated session exists. It never grants access; subscription status is checked server-side. It expires with the signed session and is set with SameSite=Lax andSecure in production.

Analytics

We send product analytics directly to Google Analytics 4 (Measurement ID: G-2RRQHGM80W); Google Tag Manager (GTM-KJ96Z2GR) is retained only as a fallback when the direct Measurement ID is unavailable. Google Consent Mode v2 is initialized with analytics and advertising storage denied by default. Tracked product events can include page views, competition card views, filter usage, save/calendar/share actions, subscription clicks, lead submissions, and newsletter opt-in requests. These scripts run only on pages you visit on FIGURA.

Until you allow analytics, GA4 operates in cookieless mode and no analytics cookies are set. If you allow analytics, FIGURA stores that preference on this device and GA4 can set analytics identifiers for measurable sessions. Advertising storage remains denied.

No third-party advertising cookies on figuraskate.com

FIGURA does not run advertising networks or retargeting cookies on figuraskate.com itself. Google advertising storage, ad user data, and ad personalization stay denied by default regardless of your analytics choice. No data is sold to or shared with advertising platforms.

Some pages include a partner (affiliate) link, for example a hotel-search link to Booking.com on a competition page, run through Commission Junction (CJ Affiliate). No cookie is set on figuraskate.com by this link: FIGURA only learns that the link was clicked, and any cookie is set by Booking.com on its own site after you leave figuraskate.com, governed by Booking.com's own cookie policy.

Competition pages may also show a "Skater's gear checklist" card linking to Amazon search results (blade guards, skate bags, warm-up tights) through the Amazon Associates program. The same rule applies: no cookie is set on figuraskate.com by this link, and any cookie is set by Amazon on its own site after you leave figuraskate.com.

How to control cookies

You can disable or delete cookies in your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies will prevent sign-in, saved competitions and subscription local saved-state recognition from working correctly. Opening the email form and submitting an explicit access or tracking request do not depend on cookie consent or analytics storage.
